摘要 劳动教育有利于促进乡村学生的全面发展,树立乡村学生的正确劳动价值观,增强乡村学生乡村建设的能力。然而,在乡村学校劳动教育的实施过程中,由于实施主体对劳动教育的片面理解,将劳动教育误读为劳动活动、技术教育和规训手段等,对劳动教育的真正落地构成阻碍。为推动乡村学校劳动教育有序实施,需要从提升乡村学校师生对劳动教育的价值认同、加快乡村学校劳动教育课程的设计与实施和健全乡村学校劳动教育实施制度三方面,予以改进。 Labor education has important practical significance for the development of rural students, which is conducive to promoting the all-round development of rural students, forming rural students’ correct labor values and develop rural students’ rural construction capacity. However, in the implementation process of labor education in rural schools, due to the one-sided understanding of labor education by the implementation subject, labor education is misunderstood as labor activities, technical education and discipline means. In order to promote the orderly implementation of labor education in rural schools, we need to improve it from three aspects: improving the value recognition of labor education by teachers and students in rural schools, accelerating the design and implementation of labor education curriculum in rural schools, and perfecting the implementation system of labor education in rural schools.
