摘要
畅通优秀退役运动员担任体育教师渠道,是解决退役运动员再就业和中小学体育师资短缺双重问题的必然途径,也是体教融合政策实现的关键目标之一。推动优秀退役运动员从教对实现新时代学校体育发展目标、提升学校体育教师师资水平、完善运动员就业安置等具有重要社会价值,但现阶段优秀退役运动员从教仍存在配套政策不完善、执教能力不匹配、从教项目不适应等现实困境。基于上述困境,分别从政策保障、项目适应、文化教育和校本培训4个方面提出具体的疏解策略,以期为推动体教融合政策落地、促进优秀退役运动员顺利从教、提升学校体育发展水平提供借鉴。
It is an inevitable way to solve the dual problems of "retired athletes re-employment" and "shortage of physical education(PE) teachers in primary and secondary schools", and also one of the key goals to be achieved by the policy of integration of physical education and cultural education. Promoting outstanding retired athletes to become physical education teachers is of great social value to realizing the development goals of school sports in the new era, improving the level of school PE teachers and improving the employment of athletes. However, at present,outstanding retired athletes still have some practical difficulties to become a PE teacher, such as imperfect supporting policies, mismatched teaching ability and inappropriate teaching projects. Based on the above difficulties, this paper proposes specific relief strategies from the four aspects of policy guarantee, project adaptation, cultural education and school-based training, in order to provide guidance for promoting the implementation of the integration of physical education and cultural education policy, promoting the smooth teaching of outstanding retired athletes and improving the development level of school PE.
