摘要
为了促进地方院校新闻学专业发展,引入OBE理念,对业界关心的注重传媒人才技能培养的新闻业务类课程,提出教学改革的策略。通过问卷调查和访谈,先明晰融媒体环境下业界所需传媒人才的情况,再进行反向设计,从打通课程壁垒、提高实训要求和谋求校外合作方面提出业务类课程的改革方向,最后以新闻专业核心业务类课程《新闻写作》为例,制定基于最高目标的课程教学策略。
In order to promote the development of journalism major in local colleges and universities,the OBE concept is introduced,and the teaching reform strategy for the news business courses focusing on the skill training of media talents is put forward.Through questionnaire survey and interview,the situation of media talents required by the industry in the times of media convergence is clarified first.Then reverse design is carried out to propose the reform direction of business courses from the aspects of breaking through the curriculum barriers,improving the trai-ning requirements and seeking cooperation outside the school.Taking News Writing,a core professional course of journalism major,as an example,the author formulated a teaching strategy based on the highest goal.
