摘要
新文科背景下的新闻人才培养具有了更多的内涵。以OBE的理念来审视现行的应用型新闻人才培养,可以通过反向设计凝练培养目标、优化课程体系、增加实践、创新教学、多位评价等方式建立起以学生为中心的培养模式,真正输出能够满足企业、行业需求的新闻类人才。
Under the background of new liberal arts,the cultivation of journalism talents has more connotations.We must examine the current training of applied journalism talents with the idea of Outcome Based Education.We can establish a student-centered training mode by means of reverse design,refining training objectives,optimizing curriculum system,increasing practice,innovating teaching and multiple evaluations,so as to truly output journalism talents that can meet the needs of enterprises and industries.
