脉冲电源下GH4099的短电弧铣削加工实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 GH4099作为航天中常用的难加工材料,传统加工不能很好地满足其加工需求,选择短电弧铣。削加工对GH4099开展加工实验。为探索GH4099短电弧铣削加工的最优参数组合,设计正交实验,以材料去除率(MRR)、相对电极损耗率(RTWR)以及表面质量作为衡量指标,采集加工过程中的电压电流波形,拍摄加工完的工件表面超景深图、微观形貌图以及截面金相图,并用X射线能谱分析工件表面元素,得出在电压为30 V、占空比为50%、频率为2.6 kHz、电机转速为900 r/min、冲液压力为0.3 MPa时可以保证GH4099高效加工的同时,也能使加工过程具有较低的电极损耗以及获得较为理想的表面质量。 GH4099 a difficult material commonly used in aerospace,cannot be machined well by conventional machining,so this paper selects short electric arc machining(SEAM)for GH4099.In order to explore the optimal combination of parameters for GH4099 SEAM,we designed orthogonal experiments to measure the material removal rate(MRR),relative electrode loss rate(RTWR)and surface quality were used as metrics to collect the voltage and current waveforms during the machining process.The super-depth of field map,micro-topography map and cross-sectional metallographic map of the processed workpiece surface,and X-ray energy spectrum is used to analyze the surface elements of the workpiece,and it is concluded that the voltage is 30 V,the duty cycle is 50%,the frequency is 2.6 kHz,and the motor speed is when it is 900 r/min and the flushing pressure is 0.3 MPa,it can ensure the efficient processing of GH4099,and at the same time,it can also make the processing process have lower electrode loss and obtain a relatively ideal surface quality.
