摘要
GH4099合金在1050℃、1100℃和1150℃进行固溶处理后,分别在750℃、850℃和950℃进行时效处理,通过实验研究不同固溶温度和时效温度对GH4099合金微观组织和性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着固溶温度的升高,晶粒尺寸呈增加趋势;在相同固溶温度下,随着时效温度的升高,析出相含量增加,颗粒尺寸增加。合金经1150℃固溶并在950℃时效后析出相的数量最多,颗粒最大。合金硬度受时效温度影响较大,随着时效温度的升高硬度先升后降,850℃时效处理后的硬度最高,950℃时效处理后的硬度最低。
After solution treatment at 1050℃、1100℃and 1150℃,GH4099 alloy was aged at 750℃、850℃and 950℃.The effects of solution temperature and aging temperature on microstructure and properties of GH4099 alloy were studied experimentally.The results show that the grain size increases with the increase of solution temperature,and the precipitates content and grain size increase with the increase of aging temperature at the same solution temperature.The number of precipitates and the size of particles were the largest after the alloy was dissolved at 1150℃and aged at 950℃.The hardness of the alloy is greatly influenced by aging temperature.With the increase of aging temperature,the hardness first increases and then decreases,and the hardness is the highest after aging at 850℃and the lowest after aging at 950℃.
