摘要
以保障能源安全和实现碳达峰碳中和目标为背景,梳理并分析了2022年煤炭经济运行稳中有进、隐忧初现的总体形势;通过系统评估煤炭产业内外部多重因素的影响,预判2023年我国煤炭产业机遇和挑战并存、不确定性增强。指出,煤炭企业应该保持清醒头脑,做好应对不确定性准备;中长期来看,煤炭产业经济的发展危大于机,煤炭企业必须危中寻机,抓住煤炭增量发展战略窗口期,树立“煤基与非煤基并重”发展理念,推进煤炭产业转型升级,优化煤基产业,拓展新能源新材料产业,实现煤基产业与新能源、新材料等相关非煤基新兴产业的有机融合发展。
Based on the background of ensuring energy security and achieving the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,this paper combes and analyzes the overall situation of coal economy operation in 2022 with steady progress and emerging hidden worries.By systematically assessing the multiple impacts of internal and external factors,it is predicted that the coal industry opportunity and challenges will coexist and the uncertainty will increase in 2023.It is pointed that coal enterprises should keep a clear mind and prepare for the uncertainty;in the medium and long term,the coal industry economy development had more risks than the opportunities,coal enterprises must seek opportunities in danger,seize the strategic window period of coal incremental development,establish the coal-based and non-coal-based co-development concept,promote the transformation and upgrading of coal industry,optimize the coal-based industry,expand the new energy and new materials industry,and achieve the organic integration of the coal-based industry and new energy,new materials and other related non-coal-based emerging industries.
