减水剂掺量对水下不分散混凝土立方体抗压强度的影响

摘要 为探究高性能减水剂掺量对水下不分散混凝土强度的影响,通过优选原材料、外加剂和矿物掺合料,制备水下不分散混凝土,加入聚羧酸高性能减水剂,在不同减水剂掺量情况下对比龄期为3d、7d、28d水下不分散混凝土试块强度,探究聚羧酸高性能减水剂不同掺量对材料立方体抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明,从材料的立方体抗压强度数值大小以及前部分试验来看,减水剂最优掺量应为1.0%。 In order to explore the influence of the content of high-performance water-reducing agent on the strength of underwater nondispersible concrete,the underwater non-dispersible concrete was prepared by optimizing raw materials,admixtures and mineral admixtures,and the polycarboxylic acid high-performance water-reducing agent was added.The strength of the underwater nondispersible concrete test block with the age of 3,7 and 28 days was compared under different water reducing agent content,and the effect of different content of polycarboxylic acid high-performance water-reducing agent on the compressive strength of the material cube was explored.The test results show that from the cube compressive strength of the material and the previous part of the test,the optimum dosage of water-reducing agent should be 1.0%.
