摘要
为研究不同水胶比对聚丙烯纤维混凝土性能的影响,试验研究了不同水胶比聚丙烯纤维混凝土流动性、密度、单轴抗压强度、超声波速的变化情况,分析了不同水胶比聚丙烯纤维混凝土28 d龄期的强度及其破坏特征,并建立抗压强度与密度、超声波速等参数之间的非线性关系。结果表明:聚丙烯纤维混凝土拌合物的流动性与水胶比正相关,硬化混凝土的密度与水胶比负相关;不同水胶比的聚丙烯纤维混凝土失效状态均为剪切破坏,水胶比越低脆性越明显,试块的完整性越高;超声波速与试块强度正相关,抗压强度与密度和超声波速平方的乘积存在广义线性关系,回归模型R=0.888,平均绝对百分比误差为4.1%。
For researching the influence of water-binder ratio to the performance of polypropylene fiber(PPF)concrete,the fluidity,density,uniaxial compressive strength and the ultrasonic velocity of PPF concrete with different water-binder ratios were study based on the experiment.The strength and failure characteristics of the PPF concrete for curing 28 days were analyzed,and the non-linear relationship between its compressive strength,density and ultrasonic velocity was established.The results show that the fluidity of the mixture is positively correlated with the water-binder ratio,while the density of the concrete is negatively correlated with it.The failure state of the concrete with different water-binder ratios is shear failure,and the lower the water-binder ratio,the more obvious brittleness and the better integrity of the test block.There is a generalized linear relationship between the compressive strength and the product of the density and the square of the ultrasonic velocity of concrete,and the regression model R=0.888 and the average absolute error is 4.1%.
