轿车车内噪声模型建模与实验对比分析

摘要 通过程序框图计算了多个子系统功率流平衡方程,建立了轿车SEA(Statistical Energy Analysis,SEA)系统模型,含车身结构模型和车内声腔模型,计算了模态密度、内损耗因子、耦合损耗因子及外部激励参数并进行仿真分析。将分析结果和实验进行对比,结果证明在200 Hz和20 kHz中高频范围里车内噪声实验值和预测值基本吻合,整体相对值相差不到5%。对汽车产品初步开发、优化设计有借鉴意义。 Based on the program flowchart,the power flow balance equation of multiple subsystems was calculated,the car SEA(statistical energy analysis,referred to as"SEA")system model was established,including body structure model and the car spoke model,the modal density,internal loss factor,coupling loss factor,and the extrinsic parameters were calculated and analyzed by simulation.Comparing the results of the analysis and experimental results show that,in 200 Hz and 20 kHz high-frequency range,the experimental values coincided basically with the predicted interior noise,and the overall relative difference was less than 5%,which has a relatively good reference significance to the preliminary development and optimization design for automotive products.
