摘要
为了适应社会发展的需要,进一步改善轿车车内噪声,我们从两个方面进行了研究和分析,一是轮胎噪声的产生机理与影响因素,二是,针对车辆噪声的来源进行了详细的分析和总结,通过对比分析三个改善方向,进一步的总结优选出轮胎空腔噪声改善方案,最后进行实车对比测试达到了预期的研发效果。
In order to adapt to the needs of social development and further improve the car interior noise,we have studied and analyzed from two aspects:one is the mechanism and influencing factors of tire noise;the other is the detailed analysis and summary of the source of vehicle noise.Through comparative analysis of three improvement directions,we have further summarized and optimized the improvement scheme of tire cavity noise.At last,the real vehicle is tested,and the expected R&D effect is achieved.
