摘要
采用统计分析方法,对近20年来技术创新产权制度的文献进行梳理,发现以下4项共识:(1)技术创新产权是创新经济学的基础范畴;(2)技术创新产权及其所有制性质影响着企业股权资本配置;(3)技术产权交易市场化是实现技术创新的社会基础;(4)技术创新产权保护是实现国家治理现代化的法律基础。进一步,从发展“专精特新”中小企业和实现技术资本转化两个视角,对未来研究给出理论展望。
Adopting statistical analysis methods, this research sorts out the literature on the property rights system of technological innovation in the past 20 years, and finds the following four consensus points:(1) Technological innovation property rights are the basic category of innovation economics;(2) The property rights of technological innovation and the nature of its ownership affect the allocation of enterprise equity capital;(3) The marketization of technological property rights transactions is the social basis for technological innovation;(4) The protection of technological innovation property rights is the legal basis for realizing the modernization of national governance.Finally, theoretical outlooks are given for future research,from the perspectives of developing "Specialized, Fined,Peculiar and Innovative" small and medium-sized enterprises and realizing the transformation of technology capital.
