摘要
目的探讨宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉的应用价值。方法选取40例子宫内膜息肉患者,根据随机抽样法分成对照组和研究组,每组20例。对照组患者使用传统宫腔镜下刮宫术治疗,研究组使用宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间、抗生素应用时间及术后住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组子宫内膜厚度、月经量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组子宫内膜厚度、月经量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组月经周期正常率为95.00%(19/20),高于对照组的65.00%(13/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.625,P=0.017);研究组病情复发率为10.00%(2/20),低于对照组的40.00%(8/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.800,P=0.028)。结论为子宫内膜息肉患者使用宫腔镜切除术进行治疗,可以缩短患者手术时间和住院时间,降低病情复发率,减少月经量和子宫内膜厚度。
Objective To investigate the application value of hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods 40 cases of endometrial polyps were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional hysteroscopic curettage,while the study group was treated with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.The therapeutic effect was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Operation time,antibiotic application time and postoperative hospital stay in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant difierences in endometrial thickness and menstrual volume between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness and menstrual volume in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The normal rate of menstrual cycle in the study group was 95.00%(19/20),higher than 65.00%(13/20)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.625,P=0.017).The recurrence rate of the study group was 10.00%(2/20),lower than that of the control group(40.00%(8/20),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.800,P=0.028).Conclusion Hysteroscopic resection for patients with endometrial polyps can shorten the operation time and hospital stay,reduce the recurrence rate,reduce menstrual volume and endometrial thickness.
