摘要
研究目的:构建面向碳中和的土地利用碳排放效率测度评价指标体系,揭示黄河流域土地利用碳排放效率时空格局,为面向碳中和目标的土地利用管制和国土空间优化调控提供实践指导。研究方法:碳收支核算、非期望产出SBM模型和探索性空间数据分析。研究结果:(1)黄河流域碳收支时空差异明显,碳汇量相对稳定,净碳排放量呈明显上升态势,这表明区域碳排放压力不断增加;(2)黄河流域土地利用碳排放效率总体呈上升趋势,在空间上表现出“东南高、西北低”的特征,中游碳排放效率明显高于上游与下游;(3)碳排放效率空间集聚特征明显,主要包括4种集聚类型,其中低—低集聚和高—低集聚区面积呈扩张态势。研究结论:黄河流域碳收支状况和土地利用碳排放效率区域差异明显,未来应以“碳中和”目标为导向,因地制宜优化国土空间格局,加强土地利用管制,推动流域协同减排和高质量发展。
The purposes of this study are to construct an evaluation index system of land use carbon emission efficiency oriented to carbon neutrality,to reveal the spatial-temporal pattern of land use carbon emission efficiency in the Yellow River Basin,and to provide practical guidance for land use regulation and land space optimization regulation oriented to carbon neutrality.The research methods include carbon accounting,undesirable output SBM model and exploratory spatial data analysis.The results show that:1)there has obvious spatial-temporal differences in carbon budget in the Yellow River Basin.The carbon sinks are relatively stable during study period,while the net carbon emissions show a significant increasing trend.It indicates that the regional carbon emission pressure is increasing.2)The carbon emission efficiency of land use in the Yellow River Basin is increasing,which exhibits the spatial characteristics of higher in southeast and lower in northwest,and the carbon emission efficiency in the middle reaches is significantly higher than that in the upstream and downstream.3)The carbon emissions of Yellow River Basin show obvious spatial agglomeration pattern,including four types of agglomeration.The area of low-low agglomeration and high-low agglomeration is expanding.It is concluded that there are obvious regional differences in carbon budget and carbon emission efficiency of land use in the Yellow River Basin.In the future,carbon neutral target should be taken as the constraint to optimize the spatial pattern of land use in consistent with context-specific conditions to strengthen land use control and promote cooperative emission reduction and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
