摘要
食用油脂是食品领域不可缺少的关键要素,在一定程度上可以为人体提供热能及营养。在面点制作中,食用油脂的使用非常重要,科学使用食用油脂不仅能够增加面点香气和口感,还可以大幅提高成品面点的美感与色泽。本文从面点制作角度出发,对食用油脂在面点制作中的使用提出个人看法,希望为关注面点制作的人群提供相关参考。
Edible oil is an indispensable key element in the food field.Edible oil can provide heat energy and fatty acids for human body to a certain extent.Edible oil plays a very important role in pastry production.Scientific use of edible oil can not only increase the aroma of pastry,but also greatly improve the beauty and color of finished pastry.From the point of view of pastry making,this paper puts forward personal views on the application strategy of edible oil in pastry making,hoping to bring reference for people who pay attention to the application of edible oil in pastry making.
