不同热处理方法对竹材颜色的影响 被引量:1

摘要 中国是竹资源大国,竹产业发展水平位居全球首位,竹子生长快、周期短、材质优,是在全面停止天然林商业性采伐的背景下替代木材的最佳选择。但竹材具有易腐朽、易霉变的天然缺陷,在生产上一般采用高温热处理的方式对竹材进行预处理来达到绿色防霉腐的目的,但在此过程中竹材的颜色也会有所改变。目前高温热处理对竹材颜色的影响规律尚未完全掌握。以新鲜湿竹材和干竹材为研究对象,采用过热蒸汽和热油为介质对其进行高温热处理,系统研究了2种热处理方法和不同热处理温度(120,130,140,150℃)对竹材颜色的影响。结果表明:在同一热处理温度条件下,过热蒸汽和油热处理竹材之间的明度和黄蓝指数变化不明显,但二者红绿指数和色差却存在明显变化;温度对竹材颜色的影响显著,随着热处理温度的升高,竹材明度逐渐降低,红绿指数和色差呈逐渐上升的变化趋势,黄蓝指数变化不明显。在热处理过程中,干竹片受温度的影响比新鲜湿竹片更加明显。在实际生产中采用过热蒸汽处理时,若需保持竹材原有颜色,热处理温度不应超过130℃;若需获得更深颜色,热处理温度可设置为150℃。采用桐油处理时,选用干竹片进行热处理可较好地调控颜色,而对湿竹片具有较好的颜色保持效果。研究结果可为满足生产需要和设计要求制定相应的热处理工艺提供参考,为生产颜色品质可控、色彩丰富的竹材制品提供理论基础。 China is a large country of bamboo resources,and the development level of bamboo industry ranks first in the world.Bamboo grows fast,has a short cycle,and is of excellent quality.It is the best alternative to wood in the context of fully stopping commercial logging of natural forests.However,bamboo has the natural defects of being easy to decay and mildew.Generally,high temperature heat treatment is used to pretreat bamboo in production to achieve the goal of green mildew resistance,but the color of bamboo will also change in this process.At present,the influence of high temperature heat treatment on the color of bamboo has not been fully understood.Therefore,in this paper,fresh wet bamboo chips and kiln dried bamboo chips were taken as the research objects,and superheated steam and hot oil were used as the medium to conduct high temperature heat treatment.The effects of two heat treatment methods and different heat treatment temperatures(120,130,140,150℃)on the color of bamboo were systematically studied.The results showed that under the same heat treatment temperature,the brightness and yellow blue index between superheated steam and tung oil heat treated bamboo did not change significantly,but the red green index and chromaticity difference between them changed significantly;Temperature had a significant effect on the color of bamboo.With the increase of heat treatment temperature,the brightness of bamboo decreased gradually,and the red green index and chromaticity difference showed a gradually increasing trend,while the yellow blue index did not change significantly.In the process of heat treatment,the influence of temperature on kiln dried bamboo was more obvious than that of fresh wet bamboo.In actual production,for superheated steam treatment,the heat treatment temperature should not exceed 130℃to keep the original color of bamboo,the heat treatment temperature can be set to 150℃to get deeper color;For tung oil treatment,kiln dried bamboo could be used for heat treatment to better control the color,w
