摘要
出版企业特殊的企业属性要求在考量企业经济效益的同时,更要重视出版企业的社会效益,企业在经营过程中可能会出现忽视社会效益而一味追求经济效益的问题。本文通过分析出版企业社会效益评价的六个维度的数据,以及出版企业社会效益和企业绩效的关系,进而提出提升出版企业社会效益的对策。
The special enterprise attributes of publishing enterprises require that while considering the economic benefits of enterprises, more attention should be paid to the social benefits of publishing enterprises. In the process of operation, enterprises may ignore social benefits and blindly pursue economic benefits. By analyzing the data of six dimensions of social benefit evaluation of publishing enterprises and the relationship between social benefits and corporate performance of publishing enterprises, put forward the countermeasures to enhance the social benefits of publishing enterprises.
