摘要
通过产业集聚度和贡献率分析,研究了高技术产业和高技术服务业的关联度,定量分析了前者对后者的拉动效应。结果证明,高技术产业与高技术服务业的集聚度存在显著相关性,其研发活动投入对高技术服务业的经济增长贡献较大。最后,提出应鼓励高技术产业实现服务外包,并与高技术服务业实现集群式发展。同时,应建立行业协会组织,完善良性竞争机制。
In order to provide reference for making the reasonable industrial interactive development policies, this article uses industry cluster degree and contribution rate to study the relationship between high tech industry and high-tech service, and also analyzes the boosting effect of China＇s high-tech industry to pull the high-tech service quantitatively. There is a significant correlation between their industry cluster degrees, and the investment in R＆D activities of high-tech industry has a high contribution to economic growth of high-tech service. At last, the article suggest to encourage high-tech indus try to achieve outsourcing of services, form cluster development with high-tech service, at the same time, establish industry associations and improve the healthy competition mechanisms.
