摘要
目的探讨实时教学反馈活动应用于口腔修复学理论教学的效果。方法选取第四军医大学口腔医院相邻两个届次口腔医学八年制学员为研究对象。2014级20名学员为试验组,于2019年9月—2020年4月参加口腔修复学理论教学;2013级11名学员为对照组,于2018年9月—2019年4月参加口腔修复学理论教学。对照组按照常规教学计划实施教学活动,试验组教学活动中增加实时教学反馈方案。比较试验组与对照组的阶段性考试和结业理论考试成绩以及比较试验组在实时教学反馈实施前后的阶段性考核成绩,评估实时教学反馈的应用效果。此外,针对试验组进行关于教学实时反馈效果的问卷调查。结果试验组与对照组相比,结业理论考试成绩提升的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但阶段性考试成绩提升的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组开展实时教学反馈后的阶段性考核成绩也比开展前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查问卷结果显示,学员普遍认为实时教学反馈在能够促进其集中课堂注意力、督促课前预习、增加讨论教学内容的兴趣以及提升知识掌握的牢固程度。结论将实时教学反馈应用于口腔修复学理论教学,对于优化教学活动、提升教学效果具有积极的作用。
Objective To analyze the effect of real-time teaching feedback activity on the teaching of prosthodontics for undergraduates.Methods Two grades of students who received eight-year stomatology education program were recruited as the study subjects.the students in grade of 2014(20)belonged to experimental group,and the students in grade of 2013(11)belonged to control group.The control group carried out prosthodontics teaching activities according to the regular teaching plan.The experimental group added real-time teaching feedback scheme in the teaching activities.Results Compared with the control group,there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of the completion theory test scores(P>0.05),but there was a statistically significant difference in the improvement of the stage test scores(P<0.05).The phased assessment results of the experimental group after the realtime teaching feedback were also significantly different from those before the test(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire show that students generally believe that realtime teaching feedback can promote their concentration in the classroom,urge pre-class preview,increase their interest in discussing teaching content,and enhance the firmness of knowledge mastery.Conclusion The application of realtime teaching feedback to prosthodontics teaching will play a positive role in promoting the improvement of theory teaching effect.
