摘要
目的分析国内外芳香疗法领域的研究现状与热点,为芳香疗法后续研究提供借鉴和参考。方法以Web of Science核心数据库和中国知网为数据来源,检索芳香疗法相关文献,检索时间为建库至2020年12月31日。采用CiteSpace5.6.R1软件分析该领域文献发表的年份、国家/地区、发表期刊分布及研究热点及前沿。结果共纳入893篇英文文献,357篇中文文献;国内外年度发文量整体呈上升趋势;研究机构多集中在国外,其发行期刊方面较国内更具优势;国外以成人为主要研究人群,其中女性人群居多,研究覆盖情绪调控、肿瘤、疲乏、疼痛、睡眠、精油有效成分分析等方面;国内以产妇、老年人为主要研究人群,研究集中于焦虑、睡眠、癌症疼痛、化疗不良反应等方面。结论目前芳香疗法研究总体处于上升期,国际关注度逐年提高,国外研究逐步深入,但国内外研究仍存在一定的差距,亟需加强机构间的合作,并在借鉴国外研究热点及前沿的基础上,结合国内中医药特色,创设中医特色芳疗体系。
Objective To analyze the research status and hotspots in the field of aromatherapy at home and abroad,and to provide reference for the follow-up study of aromatherapy.Methods Based on the core database of Web of science and CNKI,the literature related to aromatherapy was searched from the establishment of the database to December 31,2020.CiteSpace5.6.R1 software was used to analyze the year,country/region,published journal distribution,research hotspots and frontiers of the literature in this field.Results A total of 893 English articles and 357 Chinese articles were included.The annual number of publications at home and abroad was on the rise as a whole;the research institutions were mostly concentrated in foreign countries,and their journals were more advantageous than domestic ones.In foreign countries,adults were the main research population,among which women were the majority.The research covers emotional regulation,tumor,fatigue,pain,sleep,essential oil active ingredient analysis and so on.In China,pregnant women and the elderly were the main research population,and the research focused on anxiety,sleep,cancer pain,and adverse reactions of chemotherapy.Conclusion At present,the research on aromatherapy is generally on the rise,the international attention is increasing year by year,and the foreign research is gradually deepening.However,there is still a certain gap between domestic and foreign research.It is urgent to strengthen the cooperation between institutions,and on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign research hotspots and frontiers,combined with the characteristics of domestic traditional Chinese medicine to create a traditional Chinese medicine characteristic aromatherapy system.
