摘要
近年来,随着对臭氧越来越多的基础研究以及临床试验,臭氧治疗骨关节炎的作用机制及治疗效果得到更好的认识和验证,在治疗膝骨关节炎中得到更广泛的应用。无论单独应用臭氧治疗还是臭氧参与的联合治疗,在缓解疼痛及安全性方面有较好的表现。本文对近年来臭氧对于膝骨关节炎治疗的动物实验及临床研究进行综述,对臭氧各种治疗方式的治疗效果予以阐述,望对臭氧的临床应用有借鉴。
In recent years,with more and more basic researches and clinical trials about medical ozone,its therapeutic effects and action mechanism in treatment of osteoarthritis have been better recognized and verified,and ozone has been more widely used in treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Both simple ozone therapy and ozone-involved combination therapy have obvious effects in relieving pain,with better safety.This article will review the animal experiments and clinical researches about the treatment ways and therapeutic effects of medical ozone on osteoarthritis,hoping to provide some reference for the clinical application of ozone.
