摘要
目的 探讨H型高血压伴冠心病患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、瘦素检测的相关性。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年10月收治的100例H型高血压伴冠心病患者为研究组,另选择同一时间收治的100例高血压患者为观察组,体检健康的志愿者100例为对照组,对3组外周血Hcy、MMP-9、瘦素水平进行分析。结果 研究组外周血Hcy、MMP-9、瘦素及C-反应蛋白水平明显高于观察组、对照组(P<0.05);观察组外周血Hcy、MMP-9、瘦素及C-反应蛋白水平则要明显高于对照组志愿者(P<0.05);研究组患者血压程度越严重,则外周血Hcy、MMP-9、瘦素及C-反应蛋白水平就越高(P<0.05);研究组患者粥样动脉硬化斑块稳定性越差,则外周血Hcy、MMP-9、瘦素及C-反应蛋白水平越高(P<0.05);H型高血压伴冠心病患者的血压程度与患者外周血Hcy、MMP-9、瘦素及C-反应蛋白水平值呈正相关(P<0.05);患者的粥样动脉硬化斑块稳定性与外周血Hcy、MMP-9、瘦素及C-反应蛋白水平为负相关(P<0.05)。结论 对H型高血压伴冠心病患者进行外周血Hcy、MMP-9、瘦素及C-反应蛋白水平的检测,增加患者临床诊断价值的同时,也可有效检测患者的血压、以及粥样动脉硬化斑块稳定性情况,临床价值明显。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of the detection of peripheral serum homocysteine(Hcy),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and leptin in H-type hypertension patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods From January 2019 to October 2020,H-type hypertension patients with CHD(the study group,n=100),patients with hypertension(the observation group,n=100),healthy volunteers(the control group,n=100) admitted to our hospital were enrolled.Hcy,MMP-9,and the levels of leptin and C-reactive protein(CRP) in the peripheral blood of these patients were measured.Results Hcy,MMP-9,and the levels of leptin and CRP in the peripheral blood of the study group were significantly higher than those of the observation group and the control group(P<0.05),which of the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Hcy,MMP-9 and the levels of leptin and CRP in the peripheral blood were positively correlated with the severity of H-type hypertension in patients of observation group,which were negatively correlated with the stability of atherosclerotic plaque in the same population(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of Hcy,MMP-9 and the levels leptin and CRP in the peripheral blood in H-type hypertension patients with CHD possesses the diagnostic potential,which effectively reflects the blood pressure and the stability of atherosclerotic plaque.
