摘要
自2014年共享车辆进入中国市场以来,共享车辆行业蓬勃发展的同时也伴随着诸多现实问题。以南充市为例,综合运用问卷调查法、统计法和文献分析法对共享电动车进入市场后所面临的问题进行调查,从停放问题、调度问题和安全问题三个方面分析共享电动车行业的运营发展现状与存在问题。为促进共享电动车行业高质量发展,应从运营管理层面推动政企合作、优化还车定位系统、优化调度方法;从安全管理层面积极推动警企合作、加强安全监督和审查、定期开展安全宣传活动。
Since shared electric vehicles entering Chinese market in 2014,there are realistic problems in the prosperous development of shared vehicles.Through taking Nanchong City as an example,the study comprehensively applies questionnaire investigation,statistics and literature analysis method;investigates the problems of shared electric vehicles entering market;and analyzes the operation development status and problems of shared electric vehicle industry from parking,scheduling and safety problems.In order to promote the high quality development of shared electric vehicle industry,it is necessary to promote government and enterprise cooperation,optimize car return location system,and improve scheduling method from operation management level;actively promote police and enterprise cooperation,strengthen safety supervision and investigation,regularly develop safety publicity activities from safety management level.
