摘要
乡村旅游高质量发展的评价指标包括创新、协调、绿色、开放以及共享。乡村振兴的评价指标为产业兴旺、生活富裕、生态宜居等。在两套指标体系内建立耦合关系,从乡村振兴的角度出发筛选出符合乡村旅游高质量发展的二级评价指标,形成一二级指标体系。根据指标含义广泛收集地区乡村旅游大数据,利用熵值法计算各个指标的权重系数。通过专家打分的方式为二级指标赋值,分层求得一级指标的权重得分,相加后得到特定乡村旅游项目的高质量发展测评结果。结果显示:该方法实现了量化测评,对改进乡村旅游发展模式具有较大的参考价值。
The evaluation indicators of high-quality development of rural tourism include innovation,coordination, green, openness and sharing. The evaluation indicators of rural revitalization are industrial prosperity, affluent life, ecological livability, etc. Establish a coupling relationship between the two indicator systems, screen out the secondary evaluation indicators that meet the high-quality development of rural tourism from the perspective of rural revitalization, and form a primary and secondary indicator system. The big data of regional rural tourism are widely collected according to the meaning of the indicators, and the weight coefficients of each indicator are calculated using the entropy method. The secondary indicators are assigned values by experts, and the weighted scores of the primary indicators are obtained by layers. The high-quality development evaluation results of specific rural tourism projects are obtained by adding them together. The results show that this method has realized quantitative evaluation and has great reference value for improving the rural tourism development model.
