摘要
随着“00后”大学生进入校园,“90后”青年教师也逐渐成为高职院校共青团基层干部中的主体力量。高职院校“90后”共青团干部有着自身积极热情、富有创造力、和学生代沟小等优势特点,本文基于赫茨伯格“双因素理论”,探讨了如何完善针对高职院校“90后”青年团干的激励机制,采用五种措施加强共青团干部队伍建设,从而进一步提高和保持青年团干的工作积极性,推动我国共青团事业发展和改革再上新台阶。
With the“00s”college students entering the campus,the“post-90s”young teachers have gradually become the main force among the grass-root cadres of the Communist Youth League in higher vocational colleges.Based on Herzberg’s“two-factor theory”,this paper discusses how to improve the incentive mechanism for the“post-90s”youth league cadres in higher vocational colleges and adopt five measures to strengthen the construction of the contingent of Communist Youth League cadres,so as to further improve and maintain the enthusiasm of Youth League cadres and promote the development and reform of the cause of the Communist Youth League to a new level.
