摘要
德鲁克提出的目标管理理论所揭示的管理规律和内容可以为民办高校科研业绩考评的改进提供重要依据和保证。从目标管理和自我控制出发,民办高校管理应首先有意识、有方向地设定科学、合理的科研业绩目标。在目标实施过程中,应充分发挥目标的导向性和激励作用,利用业绩考评加强教师的自我控制,激发教师科研积极性及凝聚力,提高教师自身的专业和业务能力,促进民办高校办学质量内涵式发展。
The management rules and contents revealed by Peter F.Drucker’s management by objectives theory can provide important basis and guarantee for the improvement of private universities’scientific research performance evaluation.Starting from target management and self-control,the management of private universities should first set scientific and reasonable research performance objectives consciously and directionally.In the process of implementing the goal,we should give full play to the guiding and motivating role of the goal,use the performance evaluation to strengthen the teachers’self-control,stimulate the enthusiasm and cohesion of the teachers’scientific research,improve the teachers’research and professional ability,and promote the conformal development of the quality of running the private colleges and universities.
