摘要
部分闸门简支轮轴孔因为制造精度未达到设计要求,简支轮轴与孔之间仍存在一定间隙,导致闸门在运行振动过程中对轴孔造成磨损,继而出现闸门简支轮轴端漏水现象。该文针对这一问题,对部分已建和在建的水利工程钢闸门进行现状调查和漏水原因分析,采用三维建模的设计方式,设计出一种闸门简支轮轴端密封装置以解决该处漏水问题,为闸门安全运行提供有利条件。
Because the manufacturing accuracy of some gate pulley shaft holes does not meet the design requirements,there is still a certain gap between the pulley shaft and the hole,which leads to the wear of the shaft hole during the operation and vibration of the gate,and then the phenomenon of water leakage at the end of the gate pulley shaft occurs.Aiming at this problem,this paper investigates the status quo and analyzes the causes of water leakage for some steel gates which have been builted and are under construction,and adopts the design method of three-dimensional modeling to design a sealing device of the pulley shaft end for the gate to solve the problem.It also provides favorable conditions for the safe operation of the gate.
