摘要
乌东德水电站配套发电以及生产、生活等方面的水管均采用了304不锈钢材质,但经过半年通水运行,发现局部存在逐渐恶化的腐蚀漏水现象。因此,经各项检测和调研,采用类比分析法,最终确定水中高含量氯离子和管道高温焊接导致的材质特性破坏是加速腐蚀漏水的主要原因,并采取了将原304不锈钢管道逐步更换为钢塑复合管的优化方案。研究成果进一步增强了对管道腐蚀机理的认识,可为今后金沙江流域管道材质选用提供借鉴,也可为电站的持续可靠运行提供保障。
304 stainless steel is used for supporting power generation,production,and living water pipes.However,after half a year of water supply operation,gradual deterioration of corrosion and water leakage in local areas were found.After various tests and investigations and through the analogy analysis,it was finally determined that the high content of chloride ions in the water and the destruction of pipeline material properties caused by high-temperature welding were the main causes for accelerated corrosion and water leakage and the original 304 stainless steel pipes should be replaced gradually with steel-plastic composite pipes.The research results of this paper can further enhance the understanding of the mechanism of pipeline corrosion,and provide reference for the selection of pipeline materials in the Jinsha River Basin in the future and a guarantee for continuous and reliable operation of the power station.
