摘要
本文以潮土为研究对象,向土壤中添加脲酶抑制剂和生物炭,探讨抑制剂和生物炭不同施用方法对潮土活性氮排放的影响。结果表明,在100 g样土(干重)中,与添加尿素32.60 mg的处理相比,添加尿素32.60 mg+NBPT 0.07 mg的处理可以使NH3累计排放量减少33.33%,添加尿素32.60 mg+生物炭2.00 g的处理可以使NH3排放量显著增加133.33%;与尿素32.60 mg+生物炭2.00 g的处理相比,尿素32.60 mg+生物炭2.00 g+NBPT 0.07 mg的处理可使土壤NH3累积排放量减少47.25%。NH3排放通量与土壤铵态氮含量密切相关。在N2O排放方面,添加尿素32.60 mg+NBPT 0.07 mg的处理对N2O排放无显著影响。与添加尿素32.60 mg+生物炭2.00 g的处理相比,添加尿素32.60 mg+生物炭2.00 g+NBPT 0.07 mg的处理能使N2O累积排放量降低71.64%。在生物炭改良潮土中添加NBPT是一种减少NH3和N2O排放的有效途径。
Taking fluvo-aquic soil as research object,this paper investigated the effects of different applicationmethods of urease inhibitor and biochar on active nitrogen emission of fluvo-aquic soil by adding urease inhibitor andbiochar to soil.The results showed that in 100 g sample soil(dry weight),compared with addition of urea 32.60 mg,addition of urea 32.60 mg+NBPT 0.07 mg could reduce cumulative emission of NH3by 33.33%,addition of urea32.60 mg+biochar 2.00 g could significantly increase emission of NH3by 133.33%.Compared with the addition of urea32.60 mg+biochar 2.00 g,addition of urea 32.60 mg+biochar 2.00 g+NBPT 0.07 mg could reduce cumulative emissionof NH3by 47.25%.The emission flux of NH3was closely related to soil ammonium nitrogen content.In terms of N2O emission,addition of urea 32.60 mg+NBPT 0.07 mg had no significant effect on emission of N2O.Compared with theaddition of urea 32.60 mg+biochar 2.00 g,addition of urea 32.60 mg+biochar 2.00 g+NBPT 0.07 mg could reducecumulative emission of N2O by 71.64%.Adding NBPT to biochar modified fluvo-aquic soil is an effective way to reduceemission of NH3and N2O.
