摘要
从工匠精神视角探讨我国民族手工技艺的传承创新问题具有重要的现实意义。基于国内外工匠精神的内涵及外延,从“心”“技”“艺”“度”“道”角度系统阐述新时代工匠精神的科学逻辑。通过对武陵山区土家织锦、苗族银饰、土家竹雕、苗画、苗绣等民族手工技艺传承现状的深入走访调查,发现武陵山区民族手工技艺传承具有传承人“门槛”高、技术形式一脉相承、传承动力始终如一、传承基础相对松散、外部环境持续变化等特征。针对这些特征,提出用“心”培育传承人才、用“技”更新传承形式、用“艺”增强传承动力、用“度”夯实传承基础、用“道”营造传承环境等对策建议,重塑工匠精神的现代价值和实践路径。
It is of important practical significance to explore the inheritance and innovation of Chinese national handicrafts from the perspective of craftsman spirit.Based on the connotation and extension of craftsman spirit at home and abroad,this paper systematically expounds the scientific logic of craftsman spirit in the new era from the perspectives of“Heart”,“Skill”,“Art”,“Degree”,“Tao”.Through the in-depth investigation of the Tujia brocade,Miao silver ornaments,Tujia bamboo carving,Miao painting,Miao embroidery and other national handicrafts in Wuling mountain area,it is found that the inheritance of national handicrafts in Wuling mountain area is characterized by high“threshold”of inheritors,consistent technical forms,consistent inheritance power,relatively loose inheritance foundation and continuous changes in external environment.In view of these characteristics,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to reshape the modern value of craftsman spirit,such as cultivating inheritance talents with“Heart”,updating inheritance forms with“Skill”,enhancing inheritance power with“Art”,consolidating inheritance foundation with“Degree”,and creating inheritance environment with“Dao”.
