摘要
为纤维乙醇酒糟与粪污共发酵工业生产提供相关依据,试验以纤维素乙醇酒糟和牛粪为原料,比较机械搅拌与机械回流混合搅拌两种发酵工艺。结果表明:相比机械搅拌发酵工艺,机械回流混合搅拌发酵工艺产气率、物料利用率、总氮去除率分别提升41.2%、13%和9.1%,化学需氧量去除率降低10.3%。
In order to provide the relevant basis for the industrial production of co-fermentation of cellulosic ethanol distiller′s grains and dung,this experiment used cellulosic ethanol distiller′s grains and cow dung as raw materials,adopted the self-made anaerobic fermentation device,and compared mechanical stirring(MS)and mechanical reflux mixed stirring(MRMS)fermentation process.The results show that:compared with the mechanical stirring fermentation process,the gas production rate,material utilization rate and total nitrogen removal rate using by MRMS were increased 41.2%,13%and 9.1%,respectively,and the chemical oxygen demand removal rate was reduced10.3%.
