高浓度聚酯树脂生产废水处理中试研究

摘要 高浓度聚酯树脂生产废水是一种典型的高浓度难降解有机废水,难以直接利用生化工艺处理。采用“Fenton+气浮+水解酸化+高密度曝气生物流化池(MABFT)”联合处理工艺对聚酯树脂生产废水进行处理,并考察各工艺对COD的去除效果。结果表明,对于平均COD为34418 mg/L的生产废水,经“Fenton+气浮”预处理后,平均出水COD为22501 mg/L,B/C由0.11提升至0.28;将预处理出水与生活污水混合后,平均COD降至8160 mg/L;混合废水进入“水解酸化+MABFT”生化处理系统,经生化系统处理后,平均出水COD为372 mg/L,能够稳定小于排放要求的500 mg/L,达到并优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的三级纳管标准。COD整体去除率达到98.8%,其中生化段COD去除率达95.4%。该联合处理工艺具有一定工程应用价值,可为高浓度聚酯树脂生产废水的达标排放提供参考。 The wastewater from high concentration polyester resin production is a typical high concentration organic wastewater,which is difficult to be directly treated by biochemical process.The combined treatment process of“Fen⁃ton+flotation+hydrolytic acidification+high-density aerated biological fluidized tank(MABFT)”was used to treat polyester resin production wastewater,and the removal effect of COD by each process was investigated.The results showed that for the production wastewater with an average COD of 34418 mg/L,the effluent of which after pretreat⁃ment by“Fenton and flotation”was 22501 mg/L,and the B/C increased from 0.11 to 0.28.The pretreatment efflu⁃ent was mixed with domestic sewage,the average COD decreased to 8160 mg/L.The mixed wastewater entered into the biochemical treatment system of“hydrolytic acidification+MABFT”.After the biochemical treatment,the aver⁃age effluent COD was 372 mg/L,which could be stable less than 500 mg/L of the discharge requirements,meeting and superior to the classⅢpipelining standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).The overall COD removal rate reached 98.8%,whose removal rate of the biochemical treatment reached 95.4%.The combined treatment process had certain engineering application value and could provide reference for the standard discharge of high concentration polyester resin production wastewater.
