摘要
为了解学生学习情况和试卷质量,采用教育测量学的原理与方法对“食品营养与安全”课程试卷的质量进行了分析与评价。结果表明,学生成绩整体近似于正态分布,平均成绩为76.00±10.90分,卷面及格率为94.44%。试卷覆盖面较广、信度较好、效度很好、难易适度、区分度尚可,整体质量较高。后续教学中要加强学生对课程知识综合应用能力的培养,为相关课程编制高质量的课程试卷、提升教学效果提供参考。
To learn the students’learning situation and the quality of the examination papers,the principles and methods of educational measurement were used to analyze and evaluate the quality of the final examination papers of the course Food Nutrition and Safety.The results showed that the score was approximately normal distribution,the mean total score was 76.00±10.90,and the passing rate was 94.44%.The test paper held the wide coverage,the good reliability and validity,the moderate difficulty and the common discrimination.The overall quality of this test paper is good.The course’s teachers should strengthen the cultivation of the students’understanding,analysis and comprehensive ability of knowledge points in the future teaching.This study may provide reference for compiling high quality examination papers and improving the teaching outcomes of related courses.
