摘要
本文简要介绍了教育测量与评估的含义、背景和特点,详细介绍了现有高等教育中有关评估评价的理论方法,并探讨了试卷的难度、信度、试题难度、效度、区分度等统计指标以及S-P表分析的计算机算法实现,并以PowerBuilder9.0和MSSQL Server 2000数据库为工具,依据软件工程中原型法的研发思想,采用面向对象的程序开发方法,设计与开发试卷分析系统。该系统实现了考试成绩录入及校验、试卷质量分析、教学效果评价等多项功能。
This paper mainly includes： brief introduction of the meaning, background information and features of the evaluation and judgment of education. A detailed introduction of the evaluation and judgment theories in the present higher education, and discuss the difficulties and reliability of the test papers, the screening of the index calculation method such as the difficulties, validity and discrimination of the test and the realization of the computerized algorithm analyzed by s-p. Based on PB9.0 and the database of SQL Server 2000, design and develop the test-paper analysis system.
