基于数据挖掘的低压电网改造工程验收系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了更加科学高效地评估低压电网改造工程施工质量,保证低压电网改造后的平稳运行,设计了一款基于数据挖掘的低压电网改造工程验收系统。利用Microsoft Visual Studio 2019平台与C#语言,通过数据处理、项目分类管理、工程验收、工具管理、用户管理板块构建低压电网改造工程验收系统框架。数据处理板块引入贝叶斯决策树方法剔除工程数据噪声,使用数据挖掘技术中的支持向量机组建若干二值分类器,把二值分类器输出类别标识最大的类作为项目分类结果;将径向基核函数当作支持向量机核函数,使用网格搜寻法挑选训练参数对,根据交叉验证方法将工程信息分割成多个集合,最终在工程验收板块输出低压电网改造工程验收结果。实验结果表明,所建系统响应速度快,能实现电网改造项目数据收集、工程整改、追踪检测、竣工验收等文档与图纸的整理归档,为低压电网改造工程验收提供可靠运行平台。 In order to evaluate the construction quality of low-voltage power grid reconstruction project more scientifically and efficiently, and ensure the smooth operation of low-voltage power grid after reconstruction, a low-voltage power grid reconstruction project acceptance system based on data mining is designed. Using Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 platform and C# language, through data processing, project classification management, project acceptance, tool management and user management, the acceptance system framework of low-voltage power grid reconstruction project is constructed. In the data processing section, Bayesian decision tree method is introduced to eliminate the noise of engineering data, and several binary classifiers are built by using the support vector machine of data mining technology. The class with the largest class identification output by the binary classifier is taken as the classification result. The radial basis function is regarded as the kernel function of support vector machine, and the grid search method is used to select the training parameter pairs. According to the cross validation method, the engineering information is divided into multiple sets, and finally the acceptance results of low-voltage power grid reconstruction project are output in the engineering acceptance section. The experimental results show that the response speed of the system is fast, and the system can realize the data collection, engineering rectification, tracking detection, completion acceptance and other documents and drawings filing, which provides a reliable operation platform for the acceptance of low-voltage power grid reconstruction project.
