低年级护生自我接纳在个人痛苦与人际困扰间的中介作用

摘要 目的:了解护生个人痛苦、自我接纳与人际困扰的关系,探讨自我接纳在个人痛苦与人际困扰间的中介作用。方法:采用便利抽样法选取某校295名大一、大二护生进行问卷调查。结果:护生人际困扰总检出率为45.08%;自我接纳在个人痛苦与人际困扰间的中介效应量为0.0771(95%CI:0.0204~0.1492),占总效应的17.09%。结论:应培养护生成熟、理性的共情能力,避免个人痛苦的负面影响;同时引导护生提高自我接纳水平,改善其人际困扰。 Objective: To understand the relationship between personal pain, self-acceptance and interpersonal distress of nursing students, and explore the intermediary role of self-acceptance between personal pain and interpersonal distress. Methods: 295 freshmen and sophomore nursing students from a university were selected by convenient sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey. Results: The total detection rate of interpersonal distress among nursing students was 45.08%;The mediating effect of self-acceptance between personal pain and interpersonal distress was 0.0771(95% CI: 0.0204~0.1492), accounting for 17.09% of the total effect. Conclusion: Mature and rational empathy of nursing students should be cultivated to avoid the negative impact of personal pain;At the same time, guide nursing students to improve their self-acceptance level and improve their interpersonal problems.
