摘要
习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中明确强调,要推进教育数字化,建设全民终身学习的学习型大国。从中国式现代化的高度理解,学习型大国首先要具备学习型特征,其次要实践大国理念,最终要实现促进世界公民终身学习的目标。教育数字化是学习型大国建设的时代进路。面向新时代新征程,建设学习型大国要坚持内外联动的战略选择,不仅要通过教育数字化建设高质量的服务全民终身学习的教育体系,还要以对外开放理念完善教育数字化国家战略,在对外开放领域实施教育数字化具体行动,为教育对外开放建设教育数字化资源平台。此间,要善于利用数字化理念与手段把好风险防御关。
Xi Jinping,General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee made it clear in the report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,we will promote the digitalization of education and build a country of learning where lifelong learning is pursued by all.From the perspective of Chinese modernization,a learning power should first have the characteristics of learning,then practice the concept of a great power,and finally realize the goal of promoting lifelong learning among world citizens.Education digitization is the material and technological path of the construction of a learning power.Facing the new era and the new journey,building a learning power,we should adhere to the strategic choice of internal and external linkage.We should not only build a highquality education system serving the lifelong learning of all through digital education,but also improve the national strategy of digital education with the idea of opening to the outside world,carry out specific actions of digitized education in the field of opening up to the outside world,and build a platform of digitized education resources for opening up to the outside world.At this time,we should be good at using digital concepts and means to prevent risks.
