摘要
共同富裕作为社会主义的本质要求,是中国共产党百年来的不懈追求。中国特色第三次分配是实现共同富裕的重要路径。从生成逻辑上看,共同富裕目标下的中国特色第三次分配是对马克思主义财富观的继承、是对“先富后富”理论的有效衔接,并成为推动共同富裕实现的重要力量。从作用机理上看,两者之间的内在耦合性表现在中国特色第三次在弥补分配不足中推动全民共富,在涵养向善文化中促进全面共富,在吸纳社会成员参与中助力共建共富,在不断促进社会公平中实现全程共富。从显著优势上看,共同富裕目标下的中国特色第三次分配的主导力量是中国共产党,根本宗旨是以人民为中心,最终目标是实现人的全面发展。
As the essential requirement of socialism,common prosperity has been the unremitting pursuit of the CPC over the past century.The third distribution with Chinese characteristics is an important path to achieve common prosperity.From the perspective of generation logic,the third distribution with Chinese characteristics under the goal of common prosperity is an inheritance of Marxist wealth view,an effective connection of the theory of"getting rich before getting rich",and an important force to promote the realization of common prosperity.From the perspective of mechanism,the inherent coupling between the two shows that for the third time,the Chinese characteristics promote the common prosperity of the whole people in making up for the lack of distribution,promote the comprehensive common prosperity in the culture of self-restraint and kindness,help build the common prosperity in the participation of social members,and achieve the full range of common prosperity in the continuous promotion of social equity.From the perspective of obvious advantages,the leading force of the third distribution of Chinese characteristics under the goal of common prosperity is the CPC.Its fundamental purpose is to take the people as the center,and its ultimate goal is to achieve the all-round development of people.
