摘要
针刺主要通过减少β-淀粉样蛋白(amyloid β-protein, Aβ)沉积、抑制Tau蛋白的过度磷酸化、抑制神经炎性作用、抑制胆碱能活性等作用机制治疗阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer′disease, AD)。单独针刺治疗AD及联合药物治疗均取得了显著的效果,且针药结合可发挥协同效应。针刺治疗AD以通督益髓、补肾益智为重要治则。目前,针刺治疗AD不断取得新进展,但仍存在一些不足之处,如机制研究的单一性、中医分型治疗规范及标准的缺失、针刺与艾灸研究的分离等,后期的研究中,要不断加强机制之间的相关性研究,建立针刺研究治疗AD的机制多向性;建立统一的诊治标准,提高诊治的规范性;加强针刺和艾灸之间的有机结合,提高中医药治疗AD的多样性。
Acupuncture is used to treat Alzheimer′s disease(AD) mainly by reducing amyloidβ-protein(Aβ) deposition, inhibiting Tau hyperphosphorylation, inhibiting neuroinflammatory action and inhibiting cholinergic activity.Acupuncture alone and combined drug therapy for AD have achieved significant effects, and the combination of acupuncture and drug can play a synergistic effect.Acupuncture in the treatment of AD is the important treatment of nourishing the kidney and brain.At present, acupuncture in the treatment of AD continues to make new progress, but there are still some shortcomings, such as the singleness of mechanism research, the lack of TCM classification treatment norms and standards, and the separation of acupuncture and moxibustion studies.In the later research, it is necessary to strengthen the correlation between mechanisms and establish the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of AD,to establish unified diagnosis and treatment standards and improve the standardization of diagnosis and treatment, to strengthen the organic combination between acupuncture and moxibustion, and to improve the diversity of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AD.
