摘要
阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s Disease,AD)是一种以进行性记忆缺失和痴呆为临床特点的神经退行性疾病,属于中医学中"痴呆"的范畴。根据中医藏象学说,肾虚是阿尔茨海默病发生的基础,由肾虚导致的津液疏布障碍、血脉闭阻等出现的病理产物——"痰、瘀",伴随着阿尔茨海默病的整个发展过程,并相互交结、加重病情,以致病情迁延不愈。本文以"肾虚痰瘀"着眼,从药理研究、中医临床实践、数据挖掘等方面,浅谈阿尔茨海默病的中医病机演变,对中药治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床应用特点及其相关作用机制进行总结,对中医药在治疗阿尔茨海默病中的应用进行了展望,以期为阿尔茨海默病的治疗提供新思路、新方法。
Alzheimer’s disease(AD) is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by progressive memory loss and dementia, which belongs to the category of"dementia"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Based on the TCM theory of visceral outward manifestation, deficiency of kidney is the main basic cause that AD occurrence. The deficiency of the kidney, barriers of body fluid distribution, and stasis blocking channels result in pathological products named"phlegm"and"blood stasis". With the whole disease progression, the two products always interweave with each other, which can worsen the situation and aggravate illness, eventually lead to a prolonged course of AD. With a view to"kidney deficiency, phlegm, and blood stasis". This article analyzes the evolution of TCM pathogenesis of AD in pharmacological research, clinical practice of TCM, data mining, and other aspects. We summarize clinical application characteristics of TCM herbal treatment and its correlation mechanism, and the application of TCM medicinals in the treatment of AD is prospected, hoping to provide new clinical ideas and methods for the treatment of AD.
