姜黄素微乳凝胶的制备及体外抗炎抑菌研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究姜黄素微乳凝胶的处方组成,并对其稳定性与抗炎抑菌功效进行研究。方法通过单因素法确定姜黄素微乳凝胶的最佳处方配比。通过高速离心、耐寒、耐热实验,以外观、黏度、含量为指标,考察制剂的稳定性。将小鼠随机分为生理盐水组、扶他林乳膏组和姜黄素微乳凝胶组,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验,以小鼠耳廓肿胀抑制率为指标,评价姜黄素微乳凝胶的抗炎作用;采用体外抑菌实验评价姜黄素微乳凝胶的抑菌作用。结果姜黄素微乳凝胶最佳处方:姜黄素25 mg,卡波姆-9400.075 g,甘油0.5 g,三乙醇胺溶液调至pH5.5。制剂的稳定性良好,应置于阴凉处贮存。与生理盐水组相比,姜黄素微乳凝胶组小鼠耳廓肿胀抑制率显著降低(P<0.05);姜黄素微乳凝胶对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌与绿脓杆菌均有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论制备得到的姜黄素微乳凝胶稳定性良好,具有一定的抗炎抑菌效果。 Objective To study the composition of curcumin microemulsion gel,and investigate the stability,and the anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial effects of the preparation.Methods The optimal prescription of curcumin microemulsion gel was screened by single factor method.The stability of the preparation was investigated by high speed centrifugation,cold resistance and heat resistance tests,with the appearance,the viscosity and the content as indexes.The mice were randomly divided into saline group,voltalin cream group,and curcumin microemulsion gel group.The anti-inflammatory effect of curcumin microemulsion gel was evaluated by xylene-induced mouse ear swelling experiment,with the inhibitory rate of ear swelling as the index.The anti-bacterial effect of curcumin microemulsion gel was evaluated by in vitro anti-bacterial experiment.Results The optimized formulation of curcumin microemulsion gel was as follows:curcumin 25 mg,Carbom-9400.075 g,glycerol 0.5 g,triethanolamine solution adjusted to pH5.5.The preparation had good stability and should be stored in a cool place.Compared with saline group,the inhibitory rate of mouse ear swelling was significantly reduced in curcumin microemulsion gel group(P<0.05).Curcumin microemulsion gel had obvious inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa(P<0.05).Conclusion The prepared curcumin microemulsion gel has good stability,and has certain anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial effects.
