基于VOF模型的集装箱液袋液晃分析及强度评估

摘要 基于VOF模型,对铁路集装箱液袋运输中液体的晃动问题进行研究。通过分析液袋强度,提出了一种撕裂强度评价方法。模拟运输过程中液体横向、纵向晃动,并基于单向数据流耦合对液袋进行强度分析。根据工程膜材各向异性的属性与反复拉张后的线弹性特性表现,提出基于双轴拉伸方法的PE膜材撕裂强度评价标准,并通过对拉伸试验的有限元仿真分析,确定拉伸过程中材料应力、应变的线性关系,从而验证撕裂强度评价方法的可行性。 Based on the VOF(volume of fluid) model, the liquid sloshing problem of the container flexitank was studied, and the strength of the flexitank was analyzed. A tearing strength evaluation method was proposed, and its feasibility was verified through the simulation of the experiment process. Aiming at the liquid sloshing problem in the transportation of railway container flexitanks, the horizontal and vertical sloshing of the liquid during transportation are simulated, and the strength of the flexitank is analyzed based on unidirectional data flow coupling. According to the anisotropic properties of the engineering membrane and the repeated tensile performance of linear elasticity, PE membrane tear strength evaluation standard based on biaxial stretching method is proposed, and the linear relationship between stress and strain of the material in the stretching process is determined through the results of finite element transient analysis, which verifies the feasibility of the tear strength evaluation method.
