摘要
罐车内液体晃动对罐车产生显著的干扰力、干扰力矩和冲击压力,影响罐车的动力学特性和安全性能。基于势流理论研究横卧圆柱体罐车不同充液比液体晃动问题,建立弹簧质量块模型和单摆模型2种等效力学模型,将其加入车辆系统多刚体动力学模型中,研究罐车的横向动力学和安全性,对比刚体模型结果表明,考虑流固耦合时液体晃动对罐车的运行安全性有不利影响。
The sloshing liquid produces significant interference force, disturbance torque and impact pressure and affects dynamic characteristics and safety performance of the railway tanker. Sloshing of the horizontal cylinder with different filling ratio of liquid based on potential flow theory was studied in this paper. Two equivalent mechanical models were built, i.e., the spring mass model and the pendulum model. The models were added to the multi rigid body dynamics model of vehicle system and then the lateral dynamics and safety of the railway tanker were studied. By comparing elastic models with the rigid model, the result shows that considering fluid solid coupling effect, liquid sloshing has adverse effect on the horizontal safety of railway tanker.
