摘要
车架轻量化是商用车轻量化最重要的环节,如何有效评价车架的疲劳寿命是商用车车架轻量化发展的关键。根据实际道路情况建立不同级别虚拟道路模型,搭建整车虚拟样机,模拟整车以不同速度运行在不同路面,得到车架的应力变化曲线,结合材料的S-N曲线,对车架的疲劳寿命进行评估计算。
Frame lightweight is the most important part of commercial vehicle lightweight,how to effectively evaluate the fatigue life of the frame is a key issue in the lightweight development of commercial vehicle frames.This paper establishes different levels of virtual road models according to actual road conditions,builds a virtual prototype of the vehicle,simulates the vehicle running on different roads at different speeds,gets the stress change curve of the frame,and combines with the S-N curves of materials to evaluate and calculate the fatigue life of the frame.
