摘要
提出了一种基于远程参数控制(RPC)的电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)执行机构多轴道路模拟试验台,重点对试验台装夹部分和运动学进行了设计和分析。结合AMT在实车上的安装情况,设计了一套夹具装置,并在动力学仿真软件ADAMS中建立了试验台运动学和动力学仿真模型,通过仿真分析,解决了运动干涉问题,优化了试验台运动范围。结合RPC技术,可以在所设计的多轴试验台上复现AMT执行机构的实际行驶道路载荷谱,从而在室内对AMT执行机构疲劳可靠性进行评价和考核。
A type of multi-axial road simulation test bench based on RPC(Remote Parameter Control)for AMT actuator is proposed,the fixture design of the test bench as well as its kinematics is mainly analyzed.A set of fixtures are designed according to the actual assembly on the car,and the test bench simulation model of both kinematics and dynamics is established in ADAMS,the problem of interference is solved and the range of motion is optimized through simulation and analysis.Road load spectrum of AMT actuator can be reproduced on the multi-axial test bench so that the fatigue reliability of AMT actuator can be appraised and assessed in the laboratory.
