摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对甘松的水蒸气蒸馏提取物、水提取物、石油醚提取物、95%乙醇提取物、乙醇提取物石油醚萃取相、乙醇提取物氯仿萃取相、乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取相、乙醇提取物正丁醇萃取相、乙醇提取物剩余萃取相中所含挥发性物质进行对比分析,并考察其对DPPH·、ABTS·^(+)、超氧阴离子自由基的清除活性和对Fe^(3+)的还原能力(FRAP值)。结果表明,甘松不同提取物中共鉴别出109种化学成分;乙醇提取物正丁醇萃取相对ABTS·^(+)自由基的清除活性最强,乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取相对DPPH·、超氧阴离子自由基的清除活性和对Fe^(3+)的还原能力最强。本研究可为甘松挥发性成分的临床应用提供依据。
Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to analyze the steam distillation extract,water extract,petroleum ether extract,95%ethanol extract,and different extractive phases from ethanol extract by different solvents such as petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate and n-butanol of Rhizoma Nardostachyis.Comparative analysis of the volatile substances contained in different extracts and extractive phases from ethanol extract were carried out,and the scavenging ability on DPPH·,ABTS·^(+),superoxide anion radicals and Fe^(3+)reduction ability(FRAP value)were investigated.The results showed that a total of 109 chemical components were identified in different extracts of Rhizoma Nardostachyis;the n-butanol extractive phase from ethanol extract present the strongest scavenging ability on ABTS·^(+),and the ethyl acetate extractive phase from ethanol extract present the strongest scavenging ability on DPPH·and superoxide anion free radicals,and the strongest reduction ability on Fe^(3+).This study can provide a basis for further research and clinical application of the volatile components of Rhizoma Nardostachyis.
