摘要
本文设计了一种滑动组合式水样保温运输箱,箱体和箱盖均为高密度保温材料,内外箱体之间的空腔可放置冰排;箱体设置了滑动连接装置,可进行多个运输箱之间的固定。该运输箱不仅能够有效保障水样冷藏保温,还能够保证采样瓶和运输箱在保存与运输过程中的安全性和便捷性。利用设计的水样保温运输箱对大连地区地表水国家重要水质站挥发酚、氰化物、BOD5、氨氮和粪大肠菌群5项监测指标进行采样分析,结果令人满意,具有广泛的应用前景。
In this paper,a sliding combined-type water sample insulation transport case is designed.The case body and cover being made of high-density insulation materials,and an ice sheet can be placed in the cavity between the inner and outer cases.The case is provided with a sliding connection device,which can be fixed between multiple transport cases.The transport case cannot only effectively guarantee the cold storage and insulation of water samples,but also ensure the safety and convenience of sampling bottles and transport cases in the process of storage and transport.The five monitoring indexes of volatile phenol,cyanide,BOD5,ammonia nitrogen and fecal coliform of surface water in Dalian area of the national important water quality station are sampled and analyzed by using the designed water sample insulation transport case.The results are satisfactory and have a wide application prospect.
