摘要
地表水样品的采集与保存与其重金属元素测定结果息息相关,固定剂的加入和沉降性分离的操作都会引起测定值的差异,根据重金属元素本身的性质特点及条件实验的结果,表明在测定地表水溶解态金属元素时,必须先进行沉降性固体分离,再加入经过空白检验的硝酸固定剂,才能保证样品到达实验室后的分析准确稳定,更客观的反映地表水的水质状况。
The concentration of the heavy metal elements in surface water is related to the sample collection and preservation under the different conditions.Addition of the fixing agent and sedimentation separation will cause different analysis results.ln the study of the Characteristics of heavy metal elements and condition experiment ,the results showed that the determination of the dissolved metal ions in surface water must carry out sedimentation separation first,then add the nitric acid after blank checked, in order to ensure the analysis accurate, stable and objective to reflect the water quality of surface water.
