摘要
在快速发展的城市化进程中,由于缺乏资金保障及历史遗留问题,北京现存王府建筑普遍面临着保护方式不合理、权属关系不明确、价值展示不充分等问题。为了促进王府建筑的保护、展示及其价值内涵的阐释,文章以孚王府为例,在调研分析的基础上,针对其保护利用方面存在的现状问题,提出清理私搭乱建、明确文物权属、促进开放展示、多元展示模式的策略,探讨其未来以开放展示为主的保护利用途径。
In the process of rapid urbanization,due to the lack of capital guarantee and historical problems,the existing Prince’s Mansions in Beijing are generally faced with problems such as unreasonable protection mode,unclear ownership relationship,insufficient value exhibition and so on.In order to promote the protection,exhibition and interpretation of the value connotation of the Prince’s Mansions,on the basis of investigation and analysis,this paper takes the Prince Fu’s Mansion as an example,aiming at the existing problems in its protection and utilization.This paper puts forward the strategies of cleaning up illegal construction,clarifying the ownership of cultural relic architecture,promoting open and exhibition,enriching exhibition modes,and discusses the ways of protection and utilization dominated by open and exhibition in the future.
