摘要
红色文化是极具中国特色的文化,其蕴含的革命精神文化是宝贵的育人资源,能够对于高校“三全育人”工作改革工作给予重要引导,减少高校辅导员育人工作浮于表面的现象。将红色精神注入高校育人工作中,创新育人方式,改革教学内容,让新时代大学生主动吸收红色精神,能助力高校完成“立德树人”的根本任务。
Red culture is a culture with Chinese characteristics,in which the revolutionary spirit is very valuable educational resources.It is an important guidance to the reform of the“Three Talents”education in colleges to reduce the superficial phenomenon of college counselors’education.We should inject the red spirit into the education of college students,innovate the educating methods and reform the pedagogical content,so that college students in the new era can vigorously absorb the red spirit,and facilitate colleges to complete the root task of“fostering virtue through education”.
